A major event that led to WW1 was the Invasion Of Poland.
2. Was Germany justified in attacking cargo ships?
In my opinion, Germany was justified in attacking cargo ships because the British had attacked them first. I think its only fair that they got revenge so they can try and make things neutral between them.
3. What factors do you think a country's leaders consider when declaring whether to surrender or fight?
A leader should consider if they have enough weaponry and how long it will last them before going into a battle. Depending on how many troops they lost, its when they should think about surrendering
to the opposing army.
